i especially liked the staff there! they engaged with us about our daily plans. they helped with directions and info for visiting the city. the room was like a home and was quite cozy. breakfast was a simple continental style in the basement.

the room wasn't perfectly clean, i found someones old plaster stuck to a towel.

the staff showed true attention. mohamed even assisted in recovering my phone from a taxi. he remained very dedicated to the rescue! everyone was polite from the reception to the cleaning staff.

The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The location was good for seeing different sights.

The room smelled old and unpleasant. The main heating did not work. A small electric radiator worked only a few hours before breaking down. One receptionist was rude and used an informal tone, which I found unacceptable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection, including an eggs option. The hotel's proximity to major attractions such as the Louvre made sightseeing very easy for me. I appreciated the safe area around the hotel and convenient access to many restaurants.

The front desk staff was very helpful . The hotel's location is central and near metro stops , made getting around easy.

The room was not as clean as I expected. I found hair on the bathroom floor which was not pleasant and I noticed some dust under the bed (it's important to keep rooms clean).
