helpful staff cozy room convenient location

i especially liked the staff there! they engaged with us about our daily plans. they helped with directions and info for visiting the city. the room reminded me of a home and was quite cozy. breakfast was a simple continental style in the basement.

the room wasn't perfectly clean, i found someones old plaster stuck to a towel.

the staff showed true attention. mohamed even assisted in recovering my phone from a taxi. he remained very dedicated to the rescue! everyone was polite from the reception to the cleaning staff.

My room had a well equipped bathroom, though not much storage space. breakfasts were good. It was an average continental breakfast. location was convenient to many sites i wanted to visit. the hotel was very tidy!

Really good Service and Location

friendly staff good breakfast major attractions

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection, including an eggs option. The hotel's proximity to major attractions such as the Louvre made sightseeing very easy for me. I appreciated the safe area around the hotel and convenient access to many restaurants.

helpful staff central location unclean room dusty floor

The front desk staff was very helpful . The hotel's location is central and near metro stops , made getting around easy.

The room was not as clean as I expected. I found hair on the bathroom floor which was not pleasant and I noticed some dust under the bed (it's important to keep rooms clean).
